Cake Ingredients All of our confections are made to order and made to your custom specifications, for a list of the ingredients we generally use in our confections, please check out our menu for common fillings & cake flavors. At OC Cupcakes, we want to create the perfect confectionary treats for your party, so if you don't see a flavor on our list that you want to use for your treats, just ask us about it, we'll be happy to work with you!

Delivery We will hand deliver all of our baked treats at an agreed upon time & place, decided upon ordering your confections. Currently we only deliver in the Orange County, California area.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship cupcakes or cakes, but are happy to work out shipping for cookies

Ordering Information If you're interested in ordering a confection from us, please fill out our inquiry form and when we contact you, we will provide all of the necessary information to order your confection. We do book up on certain dates and ask that you schedule your order at least 2-3 weeks before the delivery date in order to ensure the highest quality order.

Location We operate by appointment only. If you would like to meet with us, please contact us and we'll set up an appointment.

Display Cakes We can make display cakes perfect for bridal events, or outdoor weddings. Please contact us if you would like more information on ordering a display cake.

Deposit We require a 50% deposit upon ordering your confections.

Methods of Payment We accept, cash, checks or Credit Cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard).

Cookies We make custom cookies, perfect for party favors for weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our delicious shortbread cookies can be cut into many different shapes, hand decorated with fondant and royal icing, and wrapped in cellophane and a ribbon.
Cookie platters are also available for parties. Assorted cookies include chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, shortbread and more!

Cancellation & Refund Policy A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full at time of delivery or pickup. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Pink Cake Box will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received more than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less $100 administrative fee.
3. If a cancellation is received less than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.
